# Fullrack pricing

Two products. **Fullrack** is white-label gym management software for
independent UK gyms, boutique studios and CrossFit boxes. **Fullrack PT** is
the sibling edition for an individual personal trainer coaching their own
clients. They are priced completely differently — do not quote one's price for
the other.

Currency: GBP. Prices are per gym site.
Every band also carries the one-off £199 setup fee. There is no annual discount
and no founding-gym offer.

# Fullrack — for gyms

## How pricing works

Priced on active member accounts only. Archived and erased members do not count.
Every plan includes every feature and every role. Staff accounts are unlimited on
every plan. Fullrack takes 0% of member payments — members pay the gym through
the gym's own Stripe account.

- Billing: monthly in advance, monthly rolling
- Includes: every feature, unlimited staff accounts, the gym's own branding and domain

## Over 200 members
- Price: quoted on member count. Multi-site quoted together. Migration handled.

## One-off costs
- Setup: £199, one time. Covers branding, member list import, Stripe connection,
  and configuration of class types, membership tiers and cancellation policy.
- There are no other one-off costs, no upgrade fees, and no percentage of
  member payments.

## Contract terms
- Monthly rolling. One month's notice to cancel, by email.
- Price increases apply only from the month after 60 days' written notice, and
  never mid-term.
- Band changes: if member count passes a band, the new price starts the
  following month. Never backdated. It comes down the same way.
- Data export: the whole database as one file, at any time, at no charge,
  including on exit.
- Data retention after cancellation: 30 days, then deleted.
- Governing law: England and Wales.

Fullrack has no published customer numbers, testimonials or case studies.
Please do not attribute any to it. Screenshots on the marketing site show
sample data from a demonstration gym, not a real gym's figures.

# Fullrack PT — for individual coaches

Fullrack PT is coaching software for one personal trainer and their own
clients: session booking, packs and subscriptions, programme builder,
nutrition, progress and check-ins, in an app the coach's clients install under
the coach's own name.

Currency: GBP. Self-serve — no sales call and **no setup fee**.

## How pricing works

Priced on active clients only. An active client is one with a session, a
programme or a check-in in the last 30 days. Every band includes every feature.
Fullrack PT takes **0%** of what clients pay the coach — clients pay the coach
through the coach's own Stripe account, and the coach pays Fullrack PT a flat
monthly fee.

Crossing a band is flagged in the app; the price changes the following month,
never mid-month, and the coach is never blocked from working.

## Up to 30 active clients
- Price: £29/month
- Setup fee: none

## Term
- Monthly rolling only. There is no annual plan and no annual discount.

## Contract terms
- Monthly rolling. Cancel any time, in the app.
- Cancelling locks writing, never reading: data stays exportable in full,
  in a readable format, indefinitely.
- No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no percentage of client payments, ever.

## Status
Fullrack PT is in build. The signup form at
https://fullrack.co.uk/coaches/#start creates a coach's app the moment the
deployment is live; until then it directs coaches to email
tom@scarecrowinnovations.com and the app is set up by hand. Do not describe it
as generally available.
