FULLRACK PT

Personal trainer software with no transaction fees

Fullrack PT takes 0% of what your clients pay you, and there is no payments add-on to switch on. Clients pay through your own Stripe account, you pay Stripe's standard processing fee, and you pay us one flat monthly fee from £15. For a UK coach taking £1,500 a month, a 5% platform cut costs £558 a year more than that.

Fees checked on from each company's own pricing and help pages. US dollars converted at $1 = £0.7575, the 2 October 2026 reference rate. Prices exclude VAT.

Stripe's standard UK card rate is 1.5% + 20p, premium UK cards 2.8% + 20p, and recurring subscriptions carry Stripe's own 0.7% Billing fee. Those are Stripe's charges and apply on every Stripe-based platform. Everfit's and TrueCoach's rates are their own published rates. TrueCoach's pricing page says payments have no hidden fees; its help centre lists the 5%.

What payment fees cost over a year

A coach with 30 clients each paying £50 a month on standard UK cards: £1,500 a month, £18,000 a year. Payment costs only; the software subscription is on the cost comparison.

Everfit£432 (2% + £0.20)£82£514£172
TrueCoach£900 (5%)£0£900£558

360 payments of £50. Stripe: 1.5% + 20p = 95p each. Everfit: 2% + £0.20 = £1.20 each. TrueCoach: 5% = £2.50 each. Monthly fees: Trainerize $10 and Everfit $9, converted at $1 = £0.7575. Stripe's 0.7% Billing fee on subscriptions (£126 on £18,000) applies to every Stripe-based option and is left out of all rows. My PT Hub and PT Distinction are left out because they publish no fee of their own to compare.

How 0% works

  • You sell sessions, packs and subscriptions through your own Stripe account. The money settles in your name and pays out to your bank on Stripe's schedule.
  • You pay Fullrack PT separately: £15 a month for up to 10 active clients, £29 for up to 30, £49 unlimited.
  • The two never touch, so there is nothing for us to take a percentage of, and no reason to raise one later.

When a platform fee can still make sense

  • You take very little through the app: at £300 a month, a 5% cut is £15, less than some subscription differences.
  • You coach 5 or fewer clients on a free plan, such as Everfit's, and the payments fee costs less than a subscription would.
  • You need a feature only that platform has, and the fee is the price of it.

Questions coaches ask

Does Fullrack PT take a percentage of my client payments?

No. Fullrack PT takes 0% of what your clients pay you and has no payments add-on. Clients pay through your own Stripe account and the money goes to your bank. You pay Fullrack PT one flat monthly fee: £15 for up to 10 active clients, £29 for up to 30 or £49 unlimited.

So is taking payments completely free?

Not quite: Stripe charges its own processing fee on every card payment, whatever software you use. On 27 October 2026 Stripe's standard UK card rate was 1.5% + 20p, and recurring subscriptions also carry Stripe's own 0.7% Billing fee. Fullrack PT adds nothing on top of Stripe's fees.

Which personal trainer apps take a cut of client payments?

On 27 October 2026, TrueCoach's help centre listed a flat 5% fee on every card transaction. Everfit charged a $9 monthly payments fee and 2% + £0.20 per UK domestic card payment. Trainerize charged $10 a month for its Stripe payments add-on on Grow and Pro. My PT Hub and PT Distinction disclosed no payment fee of their own.

Does Fullrack PT ever hold my clients' money?

No. You sell through your own Stripe account, so payments settle with Stripe in your name and pay out to your bank on Stripe's schedule. Fullrack PT never receives, holds or delays your clients' money.
